Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your conference registration in accordance with the following:

  • If you cancel your conference registration by Wednesday, May 29, 2024, you will be refunded your registration fee, less a $150 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes).
  • To request a refund, an email must be sent to conference@payroll.ca by Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 11:59 PM EST.
  • No refunds will be given after Wednesday, May 29, 2024
  • No-shows for the event will not receive a credit or refund

We reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute program dates or content without further notice and assume no liability for these changes. Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree, and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy.

Please remember that canceling your in-person conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
