Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your conference registration under the following conditions:
- Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, May 26, 2027, will be refunded, less a $200 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes).
- To request a refund, you must email conference@payroll.ca by Wednesday, May 26, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, May 26, 2027.
- No-shows will not receive a credit, refund, or CPE hours.
The National Payroll Institute reserves the right to cancel, modify, or substitute program dates or content without prior notice and assumes no liability for such changes. Payment of registration confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Vancouver International Airport is a 30-minute drive to Vancouver's downtown core. The most convenient way would be taking the SkyTrain – Canada Line and get off at Waterfront Station.
