CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your conference registration under the following conditions:

Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, May 13, 2026, will be refunded, less a $200 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes).
To request a refund, you must email conference@payroll.ca by Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
No refunds will be issued after Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
No-shows will not receive a credit, refund, or CPE hours.

The National Payroll Institute reserves the right to cancel, modify, or substitute program dates or content without prior notice and assumes no liability for such changes. Payment of registration confirms your acceptance of these terms.
