The 2026 National Payroll Conference will be hosted at Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth from June 2 – 5, 2026 in Montreal.

We will only offer a limited number of tickets for registered attendees to purchase a guest ticket for evening events taking place on Tuesday, June 2, 2026: Opening Reception (Member Pricing: $150++) and Thursday, June 4, 2026: Fun Night (Member Pricing: $200++).
For the in-person conference, you will earn a total of 13 CPE hours.
You can indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate restrictions and allergies by relaying these notes to the appropriate department.

We highly recommend wearing comfortable attire for the duration of the conference – Please dress for the season, pack layers! We are encouraging delegates to bring running/comfortable walking shoes (we do not recommend heels).
You may cancel your conference registration in accordance with the following:
- If you cancel or transfer your conference registration including guest tickets before Wednesday, May 13, 2026, you will be refunded your registration fee, less a $200.00 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes).
- To request a refund, an email must be sent to conference@payroll.ca by Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
- No refunds will be given after Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
- No-shows for this event will not receive a credit, a refund or CPE hours.
We reserve the right to cancel, change, or substitute program dates or content without further notice and assume no liability for these changes. Payment of registration confirms that you have read, understand, agree, and will comply with the published registration cancellation policy.
Please remember that canceling your in-person conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

Yes, for 2026 we are offering a Virtual Conference Registration as an option for our members. You may visit the Virtual Conference site to register.
Yes, when you register and pay the registration fee, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the Delegate’s email address as provided on the registration form. This will include a link to download their invoice/receipt.
Driving directions from Montréal Trudeau airport
- Take Hwy 20 East to Hwy Ville Marie (Hwy 720), which brings you downtown.
- Exit on Guy Street and turn right on Rene-Levesque Boulevard.
- Continue on the boulevard up to 900 Rene-Levesque, the corner of Rue Mansfield. The hotel will be on the right-hand side.
Driving time is 20 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Subway – The hotel has direct access to the Bonaventure Metro Station. There is a hotel entrance from the metro station. Please follow signage.
VIA Rail Train – The hotel is located directly above Central Station. There is a hotel entrance from the train station. Please follow signage.
747 Express Bus – Featuring nine stops, the 747-bus service is provided by the City of Montréal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year between downtown Montréal and Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. Tickets are purchased at the cost of $11 inside the terminal before boarding. When returning, an $11 bus fare is paid aboard the bus (coins only, bills are not accepted). Tickets provide travellers with a transit pass valid on the STM bus and metro network for 24 hours.
Taxis – Taxis are readily available from the Mansfield side entrance. The flat rate to/from the airport is $49 one way.
Limousine – From Montréal-Trudeau International Airport to Hotel (including meet & greet service): starting at $187 one way. Transfers to Montréal-Trudeau Airport: starting at $140 one way. To book a limousine service, contact QEH.Concierge@Fairmont.com.
Uber – Uber is widely available in Montréal, making it easy to get around the city.

Yes, we offer an early bird discount: $1,775 for members and $1,975 for non-members. The last date to register for the early bird discount is April 10, 2025.
