Terms & Conditions
You may cancel your conference registration in accordance with the following:
If you cancel or transfer your conference registration including guest tickets before Wednesday, May 13, 2026, you will be refunded your registration fee, less a $200 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes).
If you’re cancelling only the guest tickets, you’ll receive a full refund as long as you submit your request before May 13, 2026.
To request a refund, an email must be sent to conference@payroll.ca by Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
No refunds will be given after Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
No-shows will not receive a credit, a refund or CPE hours.
The National Payroll Institute reserves the right to cancel, change, or substitute program dates or content without further notice and assume no liability for these changes. Payment of registration confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Please remember that canceling your in-person conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
