Accommodations for the 2023 National Conference are now sold-out.
The deadline for making your hotel reservation is Friday, April 28.
Group room rates are based on single or double occupancy. For each additional person over eighteen (18) years of age, a charge of $30.00 CAD per person will apply. All rooms are quoted exclusive of applicable government taxes, currently five percent (5%) Goods and Services Tax (GST), eight percent (8%) Provincial Tax (PST) and three percent (3%) Municipal and Regional District Tax (MRDT), total of 16% Tax. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full pre-payment is due thirty days (30 days) prior to arrival and is non-refundable. The deadline for making your hotel reservation is Friday April 28, 2023. After this date, any remaining guest room inventory will be returned to the hotel.
Hotel Guest Rooms Cancellations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable to the individual guest. This will also apply to any no-shows and early departures.
